adult dating service, matchmaking serviceIt should go without saying not to hand out your credit card to anyone online that you are not sure is a secure source. Apparently, there is an adult dating service scam circulating the web based out of Nigeria. One woman from New Zealand has already been taken for 10,000 dollars. The scam works by unknown sources that cruise an adult dating service looking for possible victims. When they think they found one, they email that person what looks like legitimate papers saying that they need to transfer hundreds of thousands of dollars to a UK bank account from America but need someone to open one for them.

Sound sketchy. It is because it is. Never hand money out to people met on a matchmaking service or any other web source that isn’t a store. The problem with scams based out of countries like Africa is that they are nearly impossible to stop because they are coming from a different continent.

Use your head. Never give out financial information to people met on an adult dating service. Online predators prey on people who are trustworthy.
